Without Louise and cooper rose we were completely clueless when it came to buying our first home. When it came to figuring out what we could afford, finding the best rates  applying for our mortgage, and getting all our insurances arranged, we didn't know where to even begin. Louise and her team are utterly fantastic. When we first enquired with her about getting a mortgage in principal sorted it was just before all the chaos in Iran which drove interest rates up. She and her team worked incredibly hard to get our application in before the interest rates were updated and secured us the lower rate of interest. I cannot recommend this company enough. We needed a witness signature and Louise was more than happy to do this for us as well without any request for a fee.
